Land Classification Control Map
which has Statutory Authority concerning the Timberland (State owned) and "Alienable and Disposable" [i.e. may be privately owned through title].

But they can only escort you to the blueprint shop for a copy
(you pay the taxi) and it's not as accurate as the original. (pictured)
