You can alway try your luck with DENR -
another 400km round trip to the City. They might (or might not) let you have a
Public Land Subdivision Map -
big scale, extremely accurate relatively, and shows Statutory Lot Boundaries.
All you have to do
is take the DENR official and the decayed tracing to the blueprint shop-at 20" square it's too big too photocopy.
And there are no roads, contours, villages
etc. marked. And the referencing is out, just like the NAMRIA topographical.
